Handspring Italia and its Customer Care doesn't give any proper assistance,I have a problem with my treo 600:

- I was told it's not possible to receive a working phone while waiting for a new one to substitute mine, even if mine is covered under the period of guarantee

-it's not possible to have a precise date on which my phone will be changed(since the fault seems to be un reparable)

- I was told it has to arrive a Treo from the States but depending on the person I had on the phone I received a different date of arrival

As you can see in Italy the client is not as valuable as it might seem,I hope somebody of handspring- palmone read treocentral and provide to support Italian customers...
