    Just in case anyone else is suffering, I've just had confirmed from customer support that there is an ongoing problem with GPRS access. I've been unable to get data since Saturday night with one SIM card, though another T-mobile SIM seems to work fine in the same phone.

    T-mobile don't seem to have any form of public fault tracking system, so you have to go through CS to get this information. Their advice is "keep trying"!

    Yes I am also facing the same problem and they are also not rectifying it.
