I just signed up for RoadRunner web mail. I can recieve but cannot respond or send e-mail. I called RR and have been escalated?! They sent me around the world to try and resolve the problem the first time. I have talked to techs from Symantec (Noton Antivirus) - Microsoft (I had loaded Service pack 2 prior to getting RR webmail) and now back to Roadrunner. I turned off the firewall on Microsoft SP2 but no difference. I can still send e-mail through Express 6.
