For bypassing activation I simply use NDI instead of the Doctor. More flexible in terms of flashing various bits and you can bypass activation right away as well.

Herrie - if one has no doctor but has NDI, can you run it just to bypass activation?

A Java program that allows one to "doctor" the device using Relevant zips from the doctor plus other items/functionality including bypass.
