My wife has not logged in to her profile since I got her the Pre ' She blames me for never telling her her username or password.. How do I go about finding her profile info so she canlog into it.

You can go to the following Palm support page and reset the password (as long as you know the email address you used to activate the device).

If you never provided her username/password, she can just as easily create a new Palm Profile using her own e-mail address and stop blaming you.
