Other than a recorded video being automatically saved as an MP4, is there another format I can use to save it?

from palms side saving in mp4 makes alot of sense it is the most widely used video format

The internet is loaded with various converters, but straight from the app MP4 is the single "option."

Not sure this question fits in here but why cant I upload a video without cutting it. It wont give me the option to just upload it without cutting it to an email account.

Maybe the video file is too large and has to be cut...not sure


I normally download it to my pc and load it from there
