Not sure if anyone already answered, I haven't read the last two pages but the patches at preware will give you
-Thousands of auto-correct words
- A virtual keyboard you can use by double tapping the gesture area that works in landscape

I love patches,,I noticed no difference in speed w or w out the patches. They make the phone better.

I noticed a nice difference with the 600MHz patch :D

I was really upset when we didn't get the webos 1.4.0 update... Now I have been chekin my phone almost everyhour to see if they finally release it. Do any of you guys know when will it be coming out?

Answer: No. There is some evidence that developers got seeded a new build of the update today, but nobody (or nobody not covered by an NDA) seems to know the exact date that 1.4 will drop. Sometime in the next 12 days, I assume.

I have the 550MHz patch and its great! But i wanted the 600MHz one but they are now obsolete! :( Where can i get one of those now??

And will this need to be unpatched for 1.4?? I know all the other patches are good... but this one here has the potential to destroy my phone lol

Just recently I believe.
I think you will need to remove it before the update, just in case, and then reinstall it after.
It's super easy to do so though.
So I figured I'd put it in today.
And it seems like he's trying to improve the speed, meaning 600+ MHz
We'll see.
