I'm not even able to update my palm pre, because I get an error message saying it wasn't able to connect. The only way I can update it, is if I used wifi.
I called tech support, and I was on the phone for about two hours, and they still couldn't help me. The phone is BRAND NEW, why isn't it working!? I've tried absolutely everything.
I tried the whole palm-pre-profile-not-being-verified thing, and doing the partial erase.. NOTHING is allowing me to get picture messages. Tech support said web alerts is what is not working.'

If anyone cares, I finally called palm tech support about me not being able to get pictures, and they said this is only the third call they got like this, and it SHOULD NOT be happening. They forwarded the problem to a higher guy and they'll be calling me back.
Bell is also doing the same.
If they can't fix it, they better give me a new phone, because this bothers me. 
This is the second time calling ? Did you receive any answer from the first go around ?
Do you know what was being sent ? What was the file size ? I have no idea what the limit size is but gamble to say there must be a size limit.
