Im trying to get my contacts and photos from my treo 680 onto my new Pre. I no longer have my treo 680 software so I was wondering if there was any way to download contacts on the treo to a sd disk, then somehow get the the data from the sd disk to the pre. Thanks

enter them in by hand . Or take both phones to sprint . Or download the active sync software for the treo . You should be able to find on sprint website. I believe the first time you hook up the pre to ur computer if you have active sync the pre will pull your contacts off of it via wifi or something like that.

I believe you can just download a copy of the Palm Desktop software (from the Palm web site), and then they also provide a Palm Data Transfer Assistant which does Contacts (just make sure you set up a Google account first).

Here's the link for the Palm Desktop software:

Use that to sync the 680 to your PC. You can then try using the CompanionLink trail to sync the data from the Palm Desktop to a Google account (this Google account will then sync to your Pre).

So I wonder if you go to the Sprint Store and have them transfer contacts if they wind up with a copy of all your contacts....
