I created a patch to add swagbucks to the search in Just Type. I use my phone to search more often then a computer, so seemed logical to try and get swagbucks from it. Works great.

However, got to looking and noticed in their policy: You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the services by any means other than through the interface that we provide.

So, does that mean that I should not be using this search in this manner?

Basically you get swagbucks or points randomly from searching or swagcodes are given out almost daily for points.

Nice time waster, plus easy to get to 450 swagbucks and get a $5 Amazon gift card.

hmm i think if u are not sure and are worried about legal recourse just dont release the patch and ask the people from webos internal for their advice. otherwise dont worry too much about it.
but u using it for ureself breaks no laws

I wish Swagbucks can create an API for mobile developers to use for Swagbucks apps.

I can vouch that Swagbucks is legitimate. Since November 2009, I've earned $70 in Amazon giftcards.
