I'm sorry I was harsh, but it's somewhat frustrating when we can't get anything from our own community members, let alone the big guys (Palm, Verizon, etc).
Verizon WANTS you to stay silent, but really, this is an issue we need front and center, out in the open, so that we know what we're dealing with. The community needs to call the shots, not Verizon.
