curious as to how everyone organizes each launcher page. Also how many pages do you currently have? I have 4 as of right now and I can't get everything organized to my likely. Hopefully this thread might help.

I use just one page so I only have to scroll vertically. May change that someday.

I never really use the launcher pages. I open whatever I would like to open by typing the first few letters of the application on the keyboard. I hate looking around for whatever I want and this alleviates that for me

Page 1 - Apps downloaded
Page 2 - Work Items ie. email, contacts, calendar
Page 3 - Setup Utilities ie. Reg Settings, BT, WiFi, Help etc

this makes looking for things quick and easy... and theres no need to remember where things are located.

Page 1 - Office apps (Web, Email, Banking etc.)
Page 2 - Multimedia (Music Remix, YouTube etc.)
Page 3 - Location (G-Maps, Fuel, Yelp etc.)
Page 4 - Games
Page 5 - System Apps

Is there any way to speed dial an app like the treo did, where you hold down a letter on keyboard for a sec and it brings up the app assigned to that letter

at this time there is no Speed dial feature in Pre for Applications ... Speed Dial in Pre only for Contacts.

I use the "Reset to middle page" patch - Main page is messaging, camera etc. To swipe left, I get a page full of my contacts, left again a list of my internet bookmarks. To swipe right, I get non-official apps and games, to swipe right again I get settings.

I like the "main page in the middle" layout

I didn't know that I could set up more than 3 pages, so this will change.

I keep changing things up, but here is what I have now.

1: "Utilities" (Memo, camera, google maps, calendar, contacts, clock, ect...)
2 Random at this point (Sprint TV, Amazon MP3, App Cat, Preware and Dev Mode...)
3: Apps Other (Friendsbook, Pandora, Fandango, Tweed ect...)
4: Apps Games (Wobble Words, Dope Wars ect...)
5: "Settings" (Wifi, blutooth, device info, backup, updates, help, ect...)

1. Games, entertainment, time wasting stuff
2. Internet driven apps (utube, sprinTV, web, goog map, nav, etc)
3. Productive stuff (calcs, pdf, docs, contacts, memos,
4. System stuff (wifi, dev info, help, etc.)

I stay mostly in 2 and 3, and get out to 1 and 4 less often, so less time spent swiping.

Oh yeah, I would also like to be able to hide apps (not just a specific app (e.g. Nascar). SplashID is a good example, but also others I just don't use. At least until someone homebrews how to delete them! :-)

Maybe someone will develop a LauncherX or zLauncher type program. I always liked a good launcher...paid for many of them!
