    Every time I try and connect my pre to my computer it asks for software. I didn't recieve any with the phone and when I called sprint the tech didn't even know what I was talking about. Unfortunately this prevents me from transferring any of the homebrew apps to my phoen becaus eit always says that it does't reconize my phone. I'm not sure if this is a malfunction with the pre or if I'm doing something wrong. This is my second pre and my first pre did not have this problem. It also says when I connect the pre that everything was not installed properly. ( I hope this all makes sense) . Is there anything that I can do or should I call palm?
