    Why is my phone saying it's up to date when i'm only at Web OS 1.1??
    I want to update but obviously i cannot. Anyone else have this problem?

    Try plugging your phone in, I was removing my tweaks an thats when it started asking me. Everytime it was refreshing from removing a tweak it was asking me if i wanted to update. It was giving me the option in update, but soon as I plugged it n and said just charge it ask if i wanted to install now or later. Worth a try, hope that helps.
