Is Morfik a suitable IDE for your equirements?

Unfortunately there is no "Visual webOS" IDE. WebOS is basically just Javascript so you could write it in any text editor, Notepad, Notepad+, Komodo, Eclipse, Coldfusion, etc. You then debug using the terminal window and watching the messages for your app. Positioning screen elements is just like writing a web page.

I did hack together a quick tool to color code and filter the terminal messages and IF webOS takes off I might go ahead and build a full fledged IDE, but it's not worth it at this point.
    Patches from Maverickz:
Various Virtual KB Patches with WORKING ARROW KEYS - Updated for 3.0.5
CALENDAR PATCHES - ChooseYourSnooze and SetWeekView8am - Updated for 3.0.5

I also take custom kb layout requests.
