My carrier doesn't support A-GPS of my Pre. The GPS is useless for me. However, I would like to have an app to manually write the position to the GPS so that other location-aware app can get the position from the GPS.

First thought is to pick a location manually from Google Map/Bing Map and have the app to write it to the GPS. Then other location-aware app (foursquare, facebook, send my location for webos) would take the position I chose from the GPS.

Basically, i am asking for a webos version of Fake-A-Location for iOS

    Is it possible? Thanks!

No it's not possible under offical apps. It could be done in homebrew.
