So I dropped my original Pre on the sidewalk the other day while trying to take a picture of my daughter's lacrosse team. The screen cracked but the phone still powers on and (other than VERY flaky touchscreen inputs) seems to work.

Luckily, I was able to replace it for not an obscene amount. But I now have an semi-functional Pre that I'm thinking of playing around with.

I already reflashed it with Meta-Doctor to bypass the Activation screen - I needed to get some pictures and music off via USB and I forgot to do it before I swapped in the new phone.

So, what can I do with a Pre without Sprint network access and with a flaky touchscreen?

If it's a Sprint Pre, then it's a great dev phone for beta testing the lastest WebOS beta release.
Wifi Media Sync 3.0 now available for PC and Mac OSX.
