USB Communications

Hi Guys,

Can you help find a good starting point for data transmission / receiving and coding using the USB port on the Pre? I've got an app idea but the pre needs to communicate with another computer/equipment/device and it does not have BT or WiFi only serial communiations, but the device WILL communicate with a USB port on a PC with a USB Serial Converter(TTL-232R USB to TTL Serial Converter Cable.) The device itself uses a TTL (5V) serial data port.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I am not sure if the Pre contains a USB host controller which you would need to drive your usb to serial cable.
