LG have recently released an Enact browser as part of their webOS Open Source Edition.

webOS Open Source Edition :: 4th Release in 2018 (September 2018)

    Is this useful for LuneOS?

Can it be ported to legacy webOS? (I'm assuming it uses Moonstone or Enact equivalent, not Onyx, so it might be tricky)

Alas, this is just the UI components and not the actual engine.

It is interesting, however, the license for it seems super restrictive.
    Did you know:

webOS ran on a Treo 800 during initial development.

I just tried it, but i think it's not possible because the browser script use webview tag and it's only supported by Chrome 32 > and Safari. This weekend I going to run it on LuneOS

At the WUG meeting on Sunday, Herrie thought that there were too many dependencies for this to be easily ported to legacy webOS.

    I would agree.
