I'm using today's tasks to keep a running list of items for me to do at work. It's fine for the calendar/task side of things, but not satisfactory to me as a journal. Most of the task apps I've seen are either too heavy for me, or nothing more than a piece of virtual paper.

Can anybody suggest a task+journal app, bonus if it's "medium weight"? The purpose of the journal is to keep tech notes.


P.S. I'm offline all day while using this at work...no network available. I'm looking for an old school composition book with good list-handling skills, I think.
