I am the new and proud owner of a Pre3 --directly from the UK. I was a long time Symbian user and my last Nokia (e63) had some great functionality on the "Mail for Exchange" (MfE) application that I'd love to see on webOS.

Develop a new patch/enhancement for the webOS application that can let us configure when and what time to sync our phone with the Exchange server.

So, it goes like this...

Symbian's MfE lets you configure:

1. What day(s) you want to sync your mail with your Exchange server
1.1. Day Options included: everyday, workdays (M-T-W-Th-F), specific days of the week
1.2. Time Options included: as they arrive, every N minutes, every N hours
1.3. Time Intervals also user-configurable

I had my MfE sync my work email only on workdays (M-T-W-Th-F) between 7:00am and 7:00pm and every 15 mins (for a total of 48 pulls every week. I would have MfE give me a break on weekends --just the way it should.

That's what I suggest.
