Testing app for Belltv mobile I'm assuming?

Right now its a simple app with 12 buttons consisting of "X" "@" "O" and numbers 4 through 12. None of which do anything.

I noticed this, and prodtest5 too. It's only 422ish bytes (yeah, bytes) (prodtest5 is 966KB) so I doubt there's anything extra insteresting. That said, it has some cool pics as screenshots, and I can only download 4, not 5. That one is called Dev Reports Test 24 (vs 4's 23) and is only available in France. Which is funny, cause Bell doesn't operate in France.
