    Since the app catalog became available in Canada, I haven't been able to access it. The error message is "The action could not be completed. Try again later."

    Support at Bell Mobility and Palm had me confirm I am on version 1.4.1 and that the browser works. Beyond that, they suggest full erase.

    Last week, I got a replacement phone. Still get the same error.

    Any ideas?

    I am noticing that I also cannot access secure sites. After a fair bit
    of searching, I have found others with similar issues, but no solution.
