    Trying to use the new NotifyLink for Pre settings. When entering the mail account's Exchange settings into the Pre, the device requires enable the secure lock feature (screen lock) and will not let me set it to off. This doesn't show up in Notify's instructions and if I continue with the install, the device prompts to enter the PIN to unlock the phone every time I power it up. The only way I can get the device to allow me the ability to turn off the lock is to uninstall the Exchange account.

    Anyone else experiencing this issue? (Notify is slow to reply to me)

    For the others with EAS issues, it turned out that my issue was with NotifyLink. For some reason my device wasn't showing up in the system as WebOS. Without that setting correctly showing, it caused issues. Once we corrected that, everything works fine so far with no PIN requirement.
