I was under the impression that was simply added by the user. Hmmm I don't ever recall seeing a released image with the wording under the seal. Wouldn't take much to add it in Photoshop...

There you go. I added Prelude medium at 120 & 48pt to the Original full size image from Mutoidi's post. I did it quick, so if it's not perfect, you can try yourself.
