I have the messaging add-in on my today screen. As emails arrive in my various inboxes, they increment the counter on Today. As I read them, that account drops off the list of unread email.

My primary work email client is Groupwise. That system has a proprietary email client based on Intellisynch. It retrieves mail from the server at work, then syncs that locally on the client using ActiveSync. It's worked fine as long as I've had my Pro.

Lately my Outlook email inbox has a minimum count of 1, despite there being no unread mail. Even if I delete Intellisynch and completely empty the Outlook inbox, Today still shows there being 1. Unread emails increment that, with the count always being off by an excess of 1.

Is there a way for me to reset that to 0?
