Has anyone had problems switching between calls on the PRO?
I have an AT&T service, and when I switch between calls, most of the time I end up not being able to hear the caller, but the caller can hear me. Then I lose the connection.

Called PALM, they had me hard reset the phone. Then call switching worked, while chatting with the tech.
PALM tech said it was a software issue, having to do with something I must have installed on the phone.

The next day, w/o even changing anything or installing software, I started having the switching problem again.

Other phones in the family plan work ok with switching calls.

Any help would be appreciated.
(Can I just return the darn phone and get my money back? Purchased through Amazon).
