2 noob questions sorry :

1. I've hard reset my phone and the speed dial 1 has gone - how do I get it back?? I know what the voicemail number is, from Phone Settings.

2. In Control Panel\Settings\Keyguard you can set when to disable the touchscreen while in a call. But how do you unlock it during a call - I've tried everything (nearly).

1. hmm.. should come from your SIM card I would think.. Green button -> menu -> Speed Dial

2. Use the 5 way to navigate to the "Unlock" button and click the center Dpad to disable the keyguard while on a call

1. When I go to Green button -> menu -> Speed Dial I can add new ones (I have 3 there) but '1' is missing and if I do menu/New I can't select '1' as a speed dial.
