    I really like this program but after a year of using it. The program has quit working it keeps telling me that the test version has expired. I emailed phonealarm support twice over the last four days and still no response. Has any one else had exprience with this company support?

    I haven't dealt with Customer Support directly, but their forums are pretty well maintained, and I have always gotten quick answers!

    This may sound like a stupid question, but you did purchase it....right? If you did, have you tried to re-register it on the device, or do an uninstall/reinstall?

    Another thing I would try is to re-download it from the site, and install that on your device.
