Occasionally looking up a contact on Today's screen will return a wrong contact. For example, looking up John Smith will sometimes show 2 John Smith(s) but the 2nd one is actually a different contact. Why?

I don't know why, but repeating the search usually fixes the problem, and the first result is almost always correct.

Some kind of bug. It's embarassing calling "wrong" person after a search that shows the "right" contact

That's happened to me a few times. I've noticed it usually if I do a search the same time an over the air Exchange Activesync is occuring or right after. But like previously posted searching again, maybe a couple seconds after works.
