    Pop account

    one account sends/receives/syncs fine.

    The other receives but will not sent. It requires secure authentication (smtp).
    When that is checked, i keep getting error message that email cannot be downloaded (though i am trying to send).
    If i leave it unchecked, it sends, but shortly i get an email that it cant be delivered.

    Any suggestions?

    Try hard reset and re-configure your account...

    Dont hard-reset!!!

    Whats the SMTP server you are using. Most likely its a relaying error.

    Try using for outgoing SMTP server name.

    still can't get it to work. think it has something to do with requiring authentication for outgoing mail.

    the one account i have working does not require it.
