I have a lot of notes. They go into My Documents by default. The obsessive-compulsive Tastypeppers would prefer that all Notes go into a folder called (perhaps) 'Notes' so the rest of My Documents would be less cluttered?

When you are in a note, do select Menu->tools->rename/move. You can then save the note (or move it to any directory you choose).
