    I can't seem to get the email working properly.
    I can eceive email but I could not send out email using I followed their instructions to the letter and it still doesn't work.

    I am not using Exchange server. We have our own IMAP server.

    Does anyone know of a solution to this problem.

    Try checking the box for "Outgoing mail requires authentication". I had the same problem with my imap server and this fixed it.

    I did.

    I set up the username as
    Password is the password I have for my Verizon wireless account.

    Did you do anything different?

    hmm, no. I found the following info that might be helpful.

    Verizon Wireless Outgoing (SMTP) Server:
    User name: [9-digit phone number] (
    Password:Your password

    Got that from,kb=PalmSupportKB,CASE=obj(39211),ts=Palm_External2001
