    I waited to upgrade until after Verizon/Palm reposted the upgrade, apparently after "fixing" it. Unfortunately, my phone is now a disaster. I can't even begin to list the problems that I'm having. From nonsensical error messages to it simply locking up. When I try and pick up an incoming call it hangs up. It freezes/crashes. I'm at wits end. Do I contact Palm? Do I contact Verizon? Does anyone have a good phone number? I've got the replacement insurance and I feel strongly that my phone is ruined. I just don't have time to chase down every problem on this board to try and fix it.

    Full backup with Sprite then hard reset. VZW will make you do that before replacing the phone and it may even be the answer to your problems. Good luck.
