This may be a simple problem, but I would appreciate anyone's help.

I just switched computers and cant seem to sync my contacts from my treo to my new laptop.

On the treo in the activesync menu, options, the contacts field is grayed out and I cant check the box to allow syncing. What is the problem? Everything else syncs just fine, and I can check and uncheck the other boxes at will just not the Contacts box.

I tried deleting all the partnerships and starting from scratch, but with same results. I am going to try a hard reset next to fix the problem.

Someone give me some advice please.
