    Where on the Treo may I start a list of business expenses? Would this just be in a plain old Word document, or is there a specific place designed for tracking financial expenditures?

    Why don't you try excel which is already on your phone? You can whip up a quick spreadsheet that will total items etc... very easy...

    sure you can def use excel....BUT look at all the features pocket finance utilizes.....probably more to what he is looking for
