Problem MOSTLY RESOLVED; I was helped in the IRC Chat on webos-internals; I was linked to the Developing on an Unactivated Device developer palm com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2051 TOOL: Running the Activation-Bypass Tool
The activation-bypass tool is a Java application. To use the tool, you need to have installed Java and the latest webOS SDK (which includes the Novacom driver).
Download the activation-bypass tool, which is available here, and save it in the location of your choice.
Boot your device into recovery mode, as described above.
Run the activation-bypass tool from the command line by issuing the following command: java -jar devicetool.jar
The device will reboot. Once the device is booted, it will be in developer mode, and the first use procedure will not be required. The device will be ready to use, subject to the limitations of non-activation.
This allowed me to bypass the activation screen where then i was greeted with an activated phone, and everything seems pretty normal. It works as a phone but I don't think the data or internet works which is odd: I can place and receive calls and sms messages but I don't think I can access my profile still?
Thanks so much for all the responses I received and thanks so much for the developer community!
=========================================
After using webOS Doctor because my OS was acting sluggish to haptic commands , cannot login to palm profile. After tirelessly chatting with technical support and having my case elevated to LEVEL 3, I really don't know what to do. I did a full erase three times, I used the webOS Doctor three times and I still can't seem to login to my Palm Profile; I can't even create a new Palm Profile. I really don't know what To do. I'm downloading this webOSQuick Install Utility to see what that can tell me but I don't think that's the problem because I don't even think I installed anything that way before?

from the activation screen you don't have access to wifi settings
I had full Ev and Three to Four bars of reception
username and password were A OKAY
I was also instructed by help to do this:
# Tap the lower-right corner of the screen to place an emergency call.
# Delete the emergency call numbers.
# Enter the appropriate code for the phone and then tap the dial icon to open Device Info:
# * CDMA phones: ##43574357#
# When the Device Info screen opens, tap Reset Options.
# Tap Erase Apps & Data.
