Anyone try their Palm Pre with the Retro Headset on Thinkgeek?

Sorry, I can't link. I'm a couple of posts short.

My apartment has crappy coverage so I always end up having to talk next our windows to keep a call connected. My thought was with this, I could move around my apartment more freely while my phone sat near the window.

I've never had luck getting devices to pair with my phone (any phone sadly) so I was hoping could take a peek and let me know if this could/would/should work.

    This one?

ThinkGeek :: ThinkGeek Bluetooth Retro Handset

I've never tried it but I've not had trouble pairing any headsets with my Pre Plus so far.

Bluetooth only has a couple of feet of range. It might lessen your problems, but I doubt it will solve them.

A more expensive, but better option would be the range extender they sell, or a microcell from your provider.
