    So I got my replacement Palm Pre Plus on 8/15/10 and activated on the same day at a Verizon Wireless store and everything was fine but then after It told me to log into my palm profile I just put my information and then it said sign in failed so i kept on trying and trying it still tells me the same thing. Does anyone know if they can help me because I dont want to get another replacement phone it'll be my third one.

    First off... try logging into your Palm profile on Palm's website and see if your log-in info works, and if your new phone is listed.
