    Had a replacement Pre (o2 uk) sent out and i am having the following issues.

    When i sign in my profile it doesnt download all the apps

    When i try to update to 1.4.1 it searches, finds 1.4.1 but tells me

    'it isn't a good time to download the update because you are using a data whilst roaming or your network is not fast enough to carry the download'

    I tried over wifi and it told me the same and when i select 'automatic' instead of 2g or 3g it has 4 bars but when i select 3g it hangs in network search. The even odd thing is that when it hangs in network search it starts to try and download the update? Put my sim in a different phone and no problems!

    Any ideas?

    Or maybe the replacement is not good. I say just replace that one too!
