Issue in browser

So, i've been recently having this issue w/ my browser on my pre when ever i tilt the screen to landscape the page leaves the top of the phone blank instead of filling the entire page. if i tilt the phone back to portrait view and then back to landscape again it goes away.

just a minor bug but i'm wondering if it's related to having the 800mhz patch installed. I've had it installed for quite some time now 2 weeks or 3 weeks can't remember.

Also, another bug i've run into is when i hit the power button it shows the locks screen but i have to wait like 3 seconds before the screen responds to my finger dragging the lock up.

has anyone else run into this issue?
