check volume is it turned up ? you probably need to just go into sounds app and reset your tones is all . you have checked them already right is so change settings to something different and close app and then open sounds app back up and change them back to what you want

If you don't mind Doctoring again, use webOS Doctor 1.2.1. Once you've done that, Doctor to 1.4 and you should be good to go. I had all sorts of trouble until I did that. Now I run 1.4 with absolutely no hiccups.
