    idk if the 2 are related but i havent been able to access the internet through wi-fi... its said that theres was a connection but i cant access any sites or use any webOS apps please help...

    (s.b) there are no hacks this is a nearly brand new device

    if you go into the device info app and bring down the top menu from the top left and scroll down to the tests and do the quick tests and see what that tells you

    Savage, if you have 1.4, go here wifi broken after the 1.4 update! - Palm Support Community and post your issue. There seems to be a small number affected with this WiFi issue post 1.4. You'll need to include your connection type (router or access point), type of router, encryption settings, WiFi settings for sleep (on or off), and whether it's a closed or open network.
