Ever since 1.4 dropped, my alarms have not been working. They just don't go off. At first, I thought my phone was silent, but after checking a few times, it was not.

Any ideas?

Did you try deleting and re-adding your alarms? Are they turned on?

Happened to me too. Deleting/Adding alarms and a reboot fixed the problem for me. Was almost late to work because of this.

yeah, deleting mine and adding them again worked for me.
