    Hi all,

I just recently purchased the Pre Plus on Verizon a few weeks ago and I'm having a weird little issue. When I press certain keys on the left side of the keyboard (usually 'e' or 's') I sometimes get double characters (i.e. pressing the 'e' key once will result in 'ee' being displayed on the screen). Is this a known issue? I am not holding the key down by any means, just tapping it like any other key. Any advice/recommendations? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

PS - The phone is completely stock; I haven't installed any mods or firmware tweaks.

Could be a bad keyboard! Take it into Verizon and show them. Hopefully, you can reproduce this most of the time.

Also, you could have a stuck key. Try rubbing your fingers or hand all over the keyboard and maybe you can unstick a stuck key.

If that doesn't fix it, try to have Verizon look at it. Especially, if you just purchased it and are still in your 15 days of trial.
