    Just as of today, I am currently having a major problem with my 3rd pre myself. Long story short, the manager of the store refused to replace the phone - and get this - he never even looked at the phone! I have just contacted Sprint executive customer service and Dan Hesse, Robert Brust and others by email. We shall see what happens.

    Hope this works out for us all
