    Have been unable to send emails from ATT webmail. (Can receive) After multiple calls with ATT and Palm since Tuesday, the "level 3" person from Palm informed me that this is a known problem which they'll forward on to the developers. No ETA for when it'll be fixed.
    I love the Pre (got it Monday). Hope it's not too complicated for me to learn to use to its potential..... I'm no developer!

    Follow Up:
    Palm customer svc. called me back. Email successfully set up from ATT Worldnet. I'm a happy camper!
