    It does not matter where you bought it from for a manufactures warranty repair/replacement. Sprint is supposed to honor the warranty. Take a copy of the support article with you in case they try to say otherwise.

    You could be surprised how helpful most Sprint store reps are... especially the Managers... Just go in show them the problem and usually they will replace it on the spot if they have them in stock... or they will order one in and get it next day...

    A little charm and bs'ing works wonders... but ur problem seems an easy one to spot and replace...
