so i use an secure internal email server and the address has four letters after the '.' ie: b3nman"at"ben.mannn. this is not the actual address but no matter what, if i enter 5 letters after the dot the 'sign in' is grayed out. this also happens in the manual setup. if my email address has 5 letters after the dot it doesn't work. if set this email up on many standard clients before. any ideas???

I'm not aware of any Internet-based root domains that are longer than four characters (e.g. .com, .gov, .info, .mobi, etc.). I guess Palm programmed their client based on that. It's a bad assumption, but I can see how it happened.

I don't have an answer for you.
