Tienes que usar preferentemente Google Chrome para navegar en tu computador Te sale primero una ventana con dos teléfonos Haz click en el Pre Y te sale una intro al Pre Puedes verla o saltarla. Deja que cargue todo A la derecha arriba haz click en SI DESEAS CONTRATAR UN PLAN Te lleva a la ventana de la imagen aqui adjunta.
Allí tu puedes seleccionar tu estado o provincia en todo Mexico y te sale la información. Yo tomé México y me salió la info aquí adjunta bajo.

Skipped or Finished the intro. Comes up a new window Let to load it all. To the right up banner make a click on IF YOU WISH TO CONTRACT A PLAN. It takes you to a new window of the image attached herewith, where you can select your state.
